Online entries to the 2010 race are now live on the website.
There has been a slight mix-up with the 1st Local Male prize which was awarded to Robert Warnock. This was a mistake as the actual winner was John Lambie from Clackmannan. This has been corrected and we apologise for any confusion caused.
The race went ahead today with 1,269 entrants in total and just under 1,100 actual runners in the field. Thanks to everyone who entered from all of the guys in Alloa & District Round Table. We would also like to say a big thanks to all of the local organisations who helped at the event. Race results will be posted on this website as soon as we have them.
Due to the volume of requests we have decided to allow runners to enter on the day. The price to enter will be £20.00 and there is the possibility that late entrants will not receive a t-shirt/medal or goodie bag as this will depends on the actual turnout on race day. More information can be found on this page.
In recognition that this is effectively a 'new' course and the fact that there will be no course record to beat/course record prize we have taken the decision to increase the prize for fastest male & female to £250.00
If you supplied us with an email address we have sent you the relevant information to enter the race. You will not receive anything via the post unless that is the only method we have to contact you.
Please check your email (including the Spam folder) for this information or contact us if you think that the email address you supplied is incorrect.
